FIELD: technique for drying of dispersion materials, in particular, drying equipment used in microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: pneumatic drier has cyclone separator, spiral channel defined by spiral tape and hermetically closed from the bottom and from the top through elastic layer by cover and bottom, respectively, said cover and bottom being secured by means of pins, so as to define vortex chamber. Vortex chamber has inlet branch pipe arranged tangentially to spiral channel coils and designed for feeding of wet product mixed with air through it. Number n of coils of spiral channel ranges between 4 and 6. Separation chamber rigidly connected to and axially aligned with vortex chamber is provided with overflow wall rigidly fixed in bottom. Exhaust branch pipe is positioned in axially aligned relation within separation chamber. Vibrator fixed on spiral channel bottom has following optimal operating characteristics: vibration level ranging between 70 dB and 85 dB, vibration frequency ranging between 31.5 Hz and 125 Hz, operating time of 5 s at time interval of 30 s.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying process.
