FIELD: metallurgy industry; production of the cooling devices of the metallurgical furnaces.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of metallurgy, in particular, to the cooling devices of the metallurgical furnaces. The cooling board consists of copper or of the low copper alloy for the metallurgical furnaces supplied with the exterior facing made out of the steel sheet predominantly with two channels passing inside the cooling board and used for the cooling liquid. The fitting pipes used for the cooling liquid are brought outside through the facing from the steel sheet. On the cooling board fastening tubes are installed. The cooling board is fixed in the direction to the internal cavity of the furnace. The fastening tubes from an outer side of the facing made out of the steel sheet are supplied with the bracketry. The fastening tubes and the bracketry are manufactured mainly out of the steel. Usage of the invention excludes the bowl-shaped deformations-distortions of the cooling board and the cracks in the fitting pipes used for cooling of the liquid and caused by the strains.
EFFECT: the invention prevents the bowl-shaped deformations-distortions of the cooling board and the cracks in the fitting pipes used for cooling of the liquid and caused by the strains.
