SUBSTANCE: the projectile has a roll-stability device and is provided with a body with an explosive charge, base time fuse with a detonator located in the charge axis, nose cap with a nose contact assembly, a setting pickup having an electric coupling to the time fuse is positioned in its front section, and a fragmentation block made with a deflection from the axial symmetry relative to the projectile axis and having a contact surface with the explosive charge. The fragmentation block is positioned between the explosive charge and the nose cap, and the contact surface of the explosive charge with the fragmentation block is inclined to the projectile longitudinal axis, a blast-resistant insert is installed in the explosive charge for provision of a normal incidence of the detonation front onto the contact surface of the fragmentation block with the explosive charge.
