FIELD: radio engineering for usage in high precision (linearity) amplifiers.
SUBSTANCE: amplifier contains differential pairs of transistors (1) and (2). Base of first one of them is used as amplifier input, and the base of second one is connected through voltage supply (6) to common wire (ground). Transistor emitters are interconnected through resistor (4), where current generator (3) is also connected to emitter of second transistor. As a result, cophased voltage, applied to current generator (3), is reduced, thus increasing linearity of amplifier.
EFFECT: increased linearity of amplifier.
