SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, first user receives identifier from second user and compares it to stored identifiers. In case of presence of matching identifier, protection coefficient matching that identifier acts as a base for next data transmission, if no matching identifier is present, verification of protection certificate is performed.
EFFECT: reduced time needed to verify protection certificates without inhibition of protection.
