SUBSTANCE: hinge unit for compression-distraction apparatus has two members. One member is made in form of case, inside which case the worm is placed. Other member is made in form of worm wheel, which wheel is disposed between lugs of case. Flat is made on worm wheel. Hexahedron for wrench is made onto shaft of worm. Value of angular shift of bone fragments can be adjusted and creation of forces, being adequate to biological tissues, for movement is provided.
EFFECT: reliable self-fixation of angular position of hinge unit's members.
