SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to study possible movements in a hip joint along all axes, increase gradually the amplitude of movements along all axes due to performing exercises under conditions of decompression of vertebral column and articular surfaces of the hip joint under operation. In post-surgical period during the period of walking in special walking helpers and walking with the crutches a patient should daily perform exercises without compression loadings using training equipment of narrow-local action on which the operated limb should be fixed along the whole axis of movement. During the period of walking with the help of the crutches a patient should additionally perform special exercises: weighed press with two legs to the front or upwards, in pack position at the support to the whole surface of the back. The innovation enables to prevent muscular hypotrophy of the operated limb and decrease the risk of pains in the lower part of the back.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of rehabilitation.
