FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, treating pain syndromes accompanying spine osteochondrosis by means of the BMT trainer. First: decompression power exercises for stretching and contraction of the posterior group of thigh muscles (PGT) with change off legs starting using the minimum weight then gradually increasing, from the group: Dragon - pulling down a rope wrapped around one leg from a BMT upper pulley (u/p) with a cuff fastened on the lower one-third of the shin from a preparatory position (PP) of kneestanding, hands bumping against the floor or holding a BMT front rack; that involves a passive uplift of the weighted leg until the knee is stretched, for 12-20 times with working up in weight at each training until 50% body weight is reached; or a group of exercises implying pulling down the rope from the BMT upper or lower (l/p) pulleys in the PP of lying on one's back or side by stretching and contracting the PGT muscles with the leg lowered to the floor and weighted 2.5-80 kg; or Crunches - in the PP of lying on one's side with the head towards one of the racks and holding BMT lower handles, and the working upper leg fixed in the u/p, and the lower leg - to the fixed support at 70-110° to the body with pulling down so that the working knee touches the floor in front of the fixed leg for 6-15 times. Further: exercises to improve microcirculation and lymph drainage of the pelvis and leg muscles by pulling the weight with two legs from the u/p or l/p from the PP on the floor, bench, fitball, with the body fixed by handholding the rack or fixed support. Then, the patient lifts up and lowers down the body and pulls the weight with his/her hands from the u/p or l/p to stretch the back muscles. That is followed by doing the exercises to bend and stretch the knees from the u/p or l/p from the PP on the floor, universal bench or fitball. The patient contracts and stretches the leg abductors and adductors by pulling down from the BMT u/p or l/p while standing or sitting on the floor or bench. Then: exercised to eliminate musculoskeletal dystrophic damages: Breast stroke - the patient lies on his/her chest or stomach on the bench or fitball and handholds lower handles of the BMT front racks with his/her legs fixed in the cuffs to the u/p of the racks, and bends the knees as much as possible in front and side projections so that the body from arms to legs makes a straight line, for 20-30 times; Candlestick - the patient lies on his/her back with his/her head towards the BMT rack and pulls the rope with his/her legs from the u/p or l/p, then he/she lowers down the back and legs to touch the floor with his/her heels with exhalation keeping the lower back straight, for 12-20 times; Semi-plough - from the PP on the back with handholding the handles of the lower rack, with the patient's legs fixed to the l/p, he/she lifts up the stretched legs to 90° to the floor and pulls down from the l/p, and lowers down to the floor, for 6-20 times. Finally: abdominal exercises - the patient lies on his/her back and handholds the lower handles of the racks with his legs fixed by the cuffs of the u/p of the racks and bends his/her knees and brings to his/her stomach as close as possible and tries to lift his/her head up; and/or abdominal exercises on the bench - the patient sits on the edge of the bench between the BMT racks with his legs fixed through the cuffs to the l/p of the racks and does the motions as in the abdominal exercises; and/or abdominal crunches - from the PP of kneestanding, facing the rack, handholding the handles of the u/p with the elbows bent as much as possible, the cams pressed to the head, and also the patient expires and tries to bow forward and touch the knees or floor with his/her elbows, for 6-20 times. Once the training is completed, the patient's body is exposed to 4-6°C water as a shower, water flow or bath; that is followed by psychotherapy to suggest the patient to continue doing physical exercises once the therapeutic course is completed.
EFFECT: method provides eliminating the pain syndrome in the painless regimen taking into account the patient's comorbidities, anthropometric findings, fitness for doing physical exercises, preparing the patient's working ability with no expensive training machines required.
