FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves assembling tillage tool by connecting blades and shanks through welding thereof and fusing solid alloy onto cutting edge of tillage tool along the entire length thereof; after assembling of tillage tool, performing thermal processing to impart hardness of 38-43 units to blade and hardness of 100-130 units to shank.
EFFECT: increased strength of tillage tool, reduced time and labor intensity, and minimized consumption of power for manufacture of tillage tool.
