FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn parts and can be used in the restoration of the cutting surfaces of the working bodies of tillage machines. The method includes the removal of the worn-out cutting-blade part of the working body, the production of an overlay plate from pre-prepared in width and length of the restored cutting-blade part of the blanks of SHH15SG type rolled ball bearing steel 2.7 mm thick and its welding to the restored working body by contact-spot welding. Hardening is carried out by flame plating. First, the sublayer is sprayed with a heat-sensitive powder with a thickness of 0.05-0.15 mm, and then the main layer with a wear-resistant powder alloy with a thickness of 2.4 mm, while the sublayer and the main layer are applied under the same spraying conditions: oxygen pressure 0.35-0.45 MPa, acetylene pressure 0.03-0.05 MPa, oxygen consumption 960-1100 l/h, acetylene consumption 900-1000 l/h, the distance from the nozzle tip of the mouthpiece to the melting surface 160-200 mm, powder consumption 2.5-3 kg/h. Before spraying, the working body is heated to a temperature of 50-100°C.

EFFECT: invention increases the wear resistance of the restored working bodies when working in the conditions of chestnut soils of the Volgograd region with high rates of intense abrasive wear.
