SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn out parts and can be used in the restoration of the working bodies of tillage machines. The method includes removing the worn-out cutting-blade part of the working body, making a patch plate from steel strip steel SHKH15SG with a thickness of 2.3 mm and welding it by contact-turned welding to the restored working body, hardening the surface of the patch plate by surfacing a wear-resistant material over the entire surface area of ​​the patch plate. Strengthening is carried out by flame spraying in two stages. First, the sublayer is sprayed with a thermosetting powder with a thickness of 0.05-0.15 mm, and then the main layer with a wear-resistant powder alloy with a thickness of 2 mm, while the sublayer and the main layer are applied at the same spraying modes - oxygen pressure 0.35-0.45 MPa, acetylene pressure 0.03-0.05 MPa, oxygen consumption 960-1100 l/h, acetylene consumption 900-1000 l/h, distance from the nozzle tip to the surface to be welded 160-200 mm, powder consumption 2.5-3 kg/h, while before the start of spraying, the working body is heated to a temperature of 50-100°C.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing the hardness and wear resistance of the restored working bodies under conditions of intense abrasive wear.
