FIELD: worn part restoration.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn parts and can be used in the restoring the working bodies of tillage tools. The method includes the removal of the worn-out cutting-blade part of the working body, the production of an overlay plate in the form of a blank of rolled ball-bearing steel SHH15SG with a thickness of 2.0 mm and its welding to the restored working body by contact-spot welding, hardening the surface of the overlay plate by surfacing a wear-resistant material over the entire surface area of the overlay plate. Hardening is carried out by gas-flame spraying. First, the sublayer is sprayed with a thermosetting powder with a thickness of 0.05-0.15 mm, and then the main layer is coated with a wear-resistant powder alloy with a thickness of 2 mm, while the sublayer and the main layer are applied under the same spraying modes: oxygen pressure 0.35-0.45 MPa, acetylene pressure 0.03-0.05 MPa, oxygen consumption 960-1100 l/h, acetylene consumption 900-1000 l/h, the distance from the nozzle tip of the mouthpiece to the surfaced face 160-200 mm, powder consumption is 2.5-3 kg/h, while before the start of spraying, the working body is heated to a temperature of 50-100°С.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the hardness and wear resistance of the restored working bodies in conditions of intense abrasive wear.
