FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the restoration of worn parts and can be used in the restoration of chisel bits of plows. The method includes the removal of the worn-out cutting-blade part of the working body, the manufacture of an overlay plate in the form of a pre-prepared blade part of the billet of SHH15SG type rolled ball bearing steel with a thickness of 2.9 mm and its welding to the restored working body by contact-spot welding. Hardening of the surface of the overlay plate is carried out by flame plating. First, the sublayer is sprayed with a heat-sensitive powder 0.05-0.15 mm thick, and then the main layer with a wear-resistant powder alloy 2.6-2.7 mm thick, while the sublayer and the main layer are applied under the same spraying conditions: oxygen pressure 0.35-0.45 MPa, acetylene pressure 0.03-0.05 MPa, oxygen consumption 1000-1150 l/h, acetylene consumption 1000-1100 l/h, the distance from the nozzle tip of the mouthpiece to the melting surface 160-200 mm, powder consumption 2.8-3.1 kg/h, while before spraying, the part is heated to a temperature of 70-120°C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the wear resistance of chisel plough bits in conditions of intense abrasive wear.
