FIELD: hydraulic transportation.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, high concentration suspension containing nonsoluble or difficultly soluble particles is continuously delivered along pipe 1 from device 3 through suspension delivery unit 2. Liquid and gas are delivery at pulse mode by branch pipes 4, 5, accordingly. Sequence and duration of liquid pulses delivery by branch pipe 4 are coordinated with suspension delivery rate. Gas from branch pipe 5 is delivered so that portion of gas passes through layer of suspension particles loosened by liquid, with provision of forming of separate movable suspension plugs. To interrupt delivery of liquid and gas, branch pipes 4, 5 are furnished with controlled valves 6, 7 connected with two-channel pulse generator 8. Delivery of suspension is provided at concentration of solid particles in suspension calculated by formula Cv=(0.8-0.98)Cp where Cv is volumetric concentration of solid particles delivered suspension, relative units; Cp is volumetric concentration of solid particles in suspension at which material plugs are formed, relative units. Gas is supplied mainly at final phase of liquid delivery pulse.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of transporting liquid, increased concentration of solid particles in flow with resulting reduced cost of transportation and provision of reliable movement of flow from bottom to top in inclined and vertical pipes.
