FIELD: machine building; method of treatment by liquid for fine-grained and powder-like materials.
SUBSTANCE: method is constituted by exciting pulsations in the suspension with the frequency close to intrinsic frequency of a system comprising the suspension and a gas-filled elastic element. The oscillations amplitude is set for the velocity of oscillating movement of particles, relative to the liquid, to exceed the free settling velocity in motionless liquid. The outlet deposit layer is put under effect of the pressure oscillations of the liquid being supplied into the lower part of the deposit layer or of the gas being supplied to the upper art of the deposit. The apparatus includes one or several gas-filled elastic elements connected to the lower part of the case and one or several pulsation chambers connected to the suspension oscillations generator. The apparatus is equipped with the controlled valves to stop the supply of liquid and gas.
EFFECT: enhancing of the mass transfer efficiency; reduction of the energy consumption; enhancing the apparatus reliability.
