FIELD: petroleum-extracting industry.
SUBSTANCE: the resent innovation deals with manufacturing proppants useful at oil output due to hydraulic rupture of the stratum to increase mechanical strength of proppant and keep it after treatment under hydrothermal conditions at temperatures up to 120°C and, also, simplify the technology for applying a covering. Proppant applied at oil output is being ceramic granules with a single-layer strengthening hydrophobic covering based upon silicone hermetic, as for ceramic granules they should be applied out of magnesiumsilicate raw material based upon forsterite - magnesium orthosilicate - Mg2SiO4 and/or clinoenstatite - magnesium metasilicate - MgSiO3, and as a silicone hermetic - poly(oxy(dimethylsilylene) - Si(CH)-O)n at the quantity of about 0.2-3.0 weight% against the weight of proppant.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
