FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises three axially aligned high-frequency resonators, short-circuited limiting and limiting-separating turns, computing control unit, controlled high-frequency generator and commutator, input amplifiers, and six receiving transmitting ducts. Each high-frequency resonator is provided with two mutually perpendicular inputs-outputs. The regime controller analyses the regime of fluid flow. The temperature gage allows the calculation of component mass flow rate.
