FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises three axially aligned resonators, pressure and temperature gages, computing control unit, controlled high-frequency generator and commutator, regime controller, delay unit, and input amplifiers. Each high-frequency resonator is provided with two mutually perpendicular inputs-outputs, is made of short-circuited conductor shaped into a rectangular meander, and is mounted on the outer side of the cylindrical dielectric pipe set in the piping metallic housing. The arresting turns are mounted on the end sections of the pipe. The arresting-separating turn is interposed between the resonators. The width of the conductor of each resonator is equal to the width of the space between its two adjacent parallel sections.
