FIELD: oil extractive industry, possible use for controlling debit of oil wells.

SUBSTANCE: system contains three coaxially mounted high frequency resonators, each one of which is provided with two mutually orthogonal inputs-outputs, short-circuited limiting and limiting-separating coils, pressure and temperature sensors, computing and management block, controllable high frequency generator and commutator, mode controller, delay block, input amplifiers, and also six receiving-transmitting routes, in each one of which two dividing capacitors are available, an input amplifier, amplitude detector and analog-digital converter. On basis of method for radio-wave high frequency probing of controlled stream in two mutually-orthogonal directions the system measures relatively content of its components, and with usage of autocorrelation measurement method determines the speed of stream and on basis of results of these measurements calculates component-wise volumetric flow.

EFFECT: ensured trustworthiness of measurement both in case of substantially transient flow of gas-liquid substance and in case of fully steady flow of homogeneous substance.
