FIELD: oil extractive industry, possible use for controlling debit of oil wells.
SUBSTANCE: system contains three coaxially mounted high frequency resonators, each one of which is provided with two mutually-orthogonal inputs-outputs, short-circuited limiting-separating coils, computing-controlling block, controllable high frequency generator and commutator, input amplifiers, and also six receiving-transmitting routes, each containing two dividing capacitors, input amplifier, amplitude detector and analog-digital converter. System makes it possible on basis of method of radio-wave high frequency probing of controlled flow in two mutually-orthogonal directions to measure relative content of its components, using automatic tuning measurement method to determine flow speed and on basis of results of these measurements to calculate component-wise volumetric flow rate of gas-liquid substance.
EFFECT: ensured trustworthiness of measurements both in case of substantially transient flow of gas-liquid substance and in case of fully steady flow of homogeneous substance.
