FIELD: oil extractive industry, possible use for controlling debit of oil wells.

SUBSTANCE: system contains three coaxial high frequency resonators, each one of which is provided with two mutually orthogonal inputs-outputs, shorted limiting and limiting-dividing coils, pressure and temperature sensors, computing-controlling block, controllable high frequency generator and commutator, mode controller, delay block, input amplifiers, and also six receiving-transmitting routes, each containing two dividing capacitors, input amplifier, amplitude detector and analog-digital converter. On basis of radio-wave horizontal frequency probing method in two mutually orthogonal directions, the system measures relative content of stream components, and using autocorrelation measurement method, determines its speed, and on basis of results of these measurements, computes volumetric component flow.

EFFECT: ensured trustworthiness of measurement both in case of mainly unstable flow of gas-liquid substance and in case of fully stable flow of homogeneous substance.
