FIELD: power reactor control and protection systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed nuclear-reactor actuating-mechanism control device has n monitoring and control units, where n is number of nuclear-reactor regulation-element groups (for instant, 10 groups assigned for VVER-1000 reactors), group control switch, and voltage supply. Each of monitoring and control units has its first input connected in addition to fourth input of majority unit and second input connected in addition to fourth input of second majority unit. Newly introduced in each majority unit is seventh controllable switch whose input is connected to output of fourth controllable switch and output, to that of majority unit and control input, to fourth input of majority unit.
EFFECT: reduced number of reactor regulation elements simultaneously moved on operator's command which enhances reactor safety in operation.
