FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor has horizontal reciprocating drive bar with working stroke and idle stroke, catches positioned on drive bar, and slide adapted for intermittent-progressive displacement along bar and equipped with scraper and grip, said slide being pivotally fixed above bar for rotation in vertical plane and cooperating in its operating position with grip. Conveyor is furnished with slide working stroke restricting device formed as stop mounted on slide for contacting with obstacle. In initial position, slide working stroke restricting device is disposed in front of scraper in the course of movement of slide, and in operating position it comes into cooperation with grip for disconnecting it from bar when the latter is performing idle stroke.
EFFECT: reduced damage to animals and safe working conditions in animal house for operators.
