FIELD: composition and process for producing of tablets of soluble coffee beverage.
SUBSTANCE: tablet of soluble coffee beverage contains soluble coffee and auxiliary substances such as sugar powder, amine acid-vitamin-mineral premix "Avimin" and potassium stearate or starch, said components being used in the following amounts, wt%: soluble coffee 10-30; amine acid-vitamin-mineral premix "Avimin" 0.5-1.5; potassium stearate or starch 0.5-1.5; sugar powder the balance. Method involves producing soluble beverage by separating coffee beans; processing with infrared radiation; frying processed coffee beans; grinding; extracting; concentrating in vacuum by freezing out; repeatedly grinding; mixing resultant coffee with amine acid-vitamin-mineral premix "Avimin" and other auxiliary substances; producing tablets.
EFFECT: increased biological value of coffee tablets.
