SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes onion cutting, roasting in melt butter and chopping; fresh green pea freezing and chopping; fish fillet cutting; blending of egg albumens, table salt and starch; fish fillet damping in obtained mixture, roasting in melt butter, and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with fish broth, tomato paste, ethanol, sugar, table salt, and CO2-extract from biomass of specific micromycete species. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tube, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
