METHOD FOR PLASTY OF COMMON BILE DUCT Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B17/00 A61B17/11 

FIELD: medicine, surgery.

SUBSTANCE: on fulfilling the access to biliary ducts and carrying out the resection of pathological sector of the bile duct it is necessary to conduct its plasty with a cholecyst. Moreover, one should mobilize the cholecyst from the bottom at keeping the vessels that supply its wall. Then it is important to apply anastomosis between the bottom of the cholecyst and proximal stump of the bile duct, then anastomosis should be applied between distal stump of the bile duct and adjacent wall of the cholecyst. Moreover, the line of sero-serous sutures of anastomosis should be applied being 0.3 cm distally against the site of cystic duct's inflow into the cholecyst. The resected defect the bile duct should be substituted with the cholecyst. The innovation decreases the risk for the onset of post-surgical purulent-septic complications, improves the processes of regeneration in area of anastomosis suture and decreases the traumatism of surgical interference.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of plasty.
