FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be applied for intensification of osteointegration of hip joint endoprosthesis components. Bone marrow is sampled from patient. Mesenchymal stem cells from bone marrow are obtained and cultivated. After 2-3 weeks endoprosthetics of hip joint is carried out with cement-free installation of endoprosthesis components into bone bed. Acetabulum is processed with milling cutters. Films of haemostatic sponge with obtained from patient's bone marrow and cultivated mesenchymal stem cells are laid onto internal surface of acetabulum. Cement-free acetabulum component of endoprosthesis is installed. Bone marrow canal of femoral bone is processed with rasp file. Bone plug is installed. Crushed films of haemostatic sponge with obtained from patient's bone marrow and cultivated mesenchymal stem cells are introduced. Leg of endoprosthesis is installed into bone marrow canal.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to stimulate regenerative possibilities of bone tissue, increase endoprosthesis stability.
