SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out osteopathic impact upon structural, visceral and cranial systems of a patient, moreover, osteopathic impact should be carried out in the course of 8 seances/2 mo, successively, once daily; then it is necessary to carry out 3 seances at periodicity of once/mo; each osteopathic seance should be started with detecting and removing cranial dysfunctions followed by myofascial release of lumbar, thoracic and cervical departments of vertebral column for about 10-20 min; then comes the correction of structural dysfunctions accompanied with the correction of internal organs being innervated out of the same vertebral segments onto which the above-mentioned structural techniques were aimed. For children aged above 1 yr it is useful to apply thalassotherapy additionally for the same segmental areas against osteopathic techniques applied. For children aged above 5 yr one should additionally affect with a curative blanket upon the same segmental areas against osteopathic techniques. For children aged above 5 yr on finishing osteopathic therapy it is necessary to fulfill gymnastics that relaxes muscular-ligamentous system. The efficiency of the method suggested has been achieved due to the combination of osteopathic techniques, their sequence in the course of osteopathic seance, the choice of the quantity of these seances, their sequence, the choice of general therapy and, also, optimal control for interrelationship of the organs.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis and therapy.
