FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to explosives and producing article thereof. Proposed method comprises synchronous dispensing powder and viscous fluid components, selecting and mixing the composition in premixer to its complete load. At the beginning of compositions selection, excess viscous fluid components are dispensed into premixer in amount of 10-15% of premixer load and ratio of components is corrected at the end of selection to dispense short amount of powder components. Then, composition is mixed in premixer and circulated for time required for there-fold exchange of composition in premixer. Thereafter, composition is fed into vacuum mixer to mix it therein unless full load and article is shaped by unloading composition from vacuum mixer at the rate making 40-60% of selection in vacuum cleaner. Simultaneously with the forming of article, new cycle of dispensing powder and viscous fluid components and their mixing is started in premixer.
