FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of realization of no-wear phenomenon at sliding friction provided by reduction of viscosity of surface layer of alloy, reduction of viscosity for alloys with high-plasticity structural component (aluminium- tin, aluminium-lead) is obtained owing to exclusion of oxides from surface layer in zone of friction by means of selective gas membranes.
EFFECT: provision of easy realization of no-wear phenomenon irrespective of operating conditions of internal combustion engines, three-five time reduction of wear of sliding bearings.
