SUBSTANCE: method involves determining real body mass and 131I-albumine absorption study. Resultant radioactivity index is determined that is excreted with feces and body mass protein balance coefficient is determined. The coefficient value being equal to 24-28, no trophological insufficiency is diagnosed. The value equal to 21-22, moderate trophological insufficiency is diagnosed. The value being equal to 15-16 marked trophological insufficiency degree is considered to be the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy and clinical informativity of examination data.
