FIELD: method for measuring resistance of isolation in electric networks of any type of current or cleared and isolated from "ground".
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, a source of controllable constant current is connected to controlling network, then discharge of network capacity is performed down to predetermined value, then value of current is reduced to such a value, that average value of voltage in point of connection to network being controlled remains constant, these current and voltage values are recorded, then these operations are repeated with change of direction of current of source of controlled constant current, new current and average voltage values are memorized in point of connection to controlled network and value of resistance of network isolation is computed.
EFFECT: reduced time of measurement, increased precision of resistance measurement.
