FIELD: electric measurement.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for measuring resistance of insulation of electric circuits of any kind of current, which circuits are subject to working voltage or de-energized and isolated from earth. Method of measurement of resistance of insulation and inductance of electric circuits is based upon selection of any kind of current electric circuit, being under voltage of de-energized and insulated from earth as controlled circuit. Constant regulated measuring voltage source is connected to controlled circuit. Voltage of source equals to voltage of circuit in point of connection. Current passing through this constant measuring voltage source is measured and meanings of current and voltages are memorized. Then constant regulated measuring voltage source is disconnected and permanent current source is connected and inductance of circuit is subject to charging during period of change of voltage in or during 20 ms. Voltage in point of connection is measured in specified period of time and that voltage is memorized. The permanent value current source is disconnected and regulated constant measuring voltage source is connected instead, which has voltage to be equal to voltage in circuit in point of connection. Value of current assign through that source is measured and memorized, and results of measurement are processed by formulas for calculation of value of isolation resistance and inductance of circuit.

EFFECT: reduced time of measurement; improved precision of measurement.
