FIELD: food engineering, in particular, process line for producing of dough briquettes or bread pieces.
SUBSTANCE: process line has dosing device 1, 2 with first spreading unit 3 which cooperates with dosing device for preparing of dough sheet 4; first conveyor 5 for receiving of dough sheet 4; at least one withdrawal/spreading unit 8, 9, said units being positioned in succession for joint operation with first conveyor 5 so that spreading roll 8a, 9a of each unit is facing lower surface of conveyor 5, and supporting roll 8b, 9b of unit is positioned above conveyor and immediately contacting with upper surface of dough sheet 4; second spreading unit 10 disposed at outlet end of first conveyor 5 for trimming of dough sheet 4a to provide for final width and height of dough sheet; second conveyor 11 for receiving of trimmed dough sheet 4a; and means 13, 14 operating in conjunction with second conveyor 11 and designed for forming/withdrawal of bread pieces 17 of trimmed dough sheet 4a movable in conjunction with second conveyor 11.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced dusting of inner atmosphere within bake-house.
