FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shaped food products and method for making same. Blanks food product are moulded. Said blanks are moved in moulding furnace. Furnace consists of conveyor with at least one convex mould. Blanks in moulding furnace are dried to produce shaped blanks, method does not include a combination step.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce snack products that have improved ability to scoop sauce, reduces expenses and complexity of production process.
