SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes mutton cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; onion and ginger cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; garlic green cutting and freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with ethanol, table salt, and sodium or potassium glutamate. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized. Claimed canned goods have digestion value of 2.1x105.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
