SUBSTANCE: mutton is cut, seared and chopped with grinding machine, onions and garlic are cut, sauted in melted butted and chopped with grinding machine. Potatoes are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine, dill is frozen and grinded. Fine oatmeal is boiled till the mass is doubled, and smashed with grinding machine. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, meat and bone broth and salt. The mixture is packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
