FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by duck poultry giblets cutting and frying in melted fat, muer mushrooms, raw onions and garlic cutting and blanching, spring onions cutting and freezing, mixing of listed components with rice vodka, soya sauce, salt, sodium glutamate, starch and ginger under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
