SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to cutting and roasting hen viscera and hen meat in melted butter, cutting and blanching onions and ginger, cutting and freezing green onions and kidney beans and mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with soybean sauce, table white wine, sugar, common salt, sodium or potassium glutamate and starch followed by packing the mixture obtained and bone broth with subsequent sealing and sterilization. New canned food is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
