SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes blending of hen eggs, table salt, and starch; pork cutting, damping in obtained mixture, and roasting in melt fat; green onion cutting and freezing; garlic and ginger cutting and roasting in melt fat. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with soy souse, ethanol, table salt, and sodium or potassium glutamate. Obtained mixture and bone broth are pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
