FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out transabdominal ultrasonography of stomach and duodenum at applying the method of chromatic Doppler mapping in D-mode. One should detect metric values of the intensity of passage of portion digest flow out of stomach into duodenum through pylorus at the level of ampler segment and carry out its visual registration due to chromatic staining of the flow current in case of chromatic Doppler mapping. One should detect the form of a Doppler gram curve, the frequency of ejection of the current of portion flow of digest out of stomach through pylorus per 1 portion, mean value of its maximal rate. While registering portion flow of digest out of stomach into duodenum by intensive current at filling the whole lumen, the presence of digest movement out of stomach due to altered stain of the flow's picture for red along the whole duodenal lumen, the frequency of digest ejection out of stomach at the level of 2.5-3 portions/min, acute "single-humped" form of a Doppler gram curve in graphic picture at Doppler mapping, duration of digest flow ejection out of stomach per 1 portion being 3.75±0.75 sec, mean value of maximal digest flow rate out of stomach ranged 6.5±1.5 cm/sec one should diagnose normal intensity of passage of portion digest flow out of stomach into duodenum. At no visual registration for digest flow current out of stomach into duodenum, altered stain of flow picture for red only in central segment of duodenal ampoule, the frequency of digest ejection out of stomach at the level of 2 and less portions/min, flattened form of "single-humped" Doppler gram curve, the duration of digest flow ejection out of stomach per 1 portion being below 3.75 sec, mean value of maximal digest flow rate out of stomach being below 6.5 cm/sec one should diagnose low intensity of passage. At registering the flow of high intensity at its turbulent movement, alteration of stain of flow picture as a bright multi-colored - red, yellow, blue - staining of the digest along the whole duodenal lumen, the frequency of digest ejection out of stomach up to 4 and more portions/min, acute "double- and three-humped" form of Doppler gram curve, duration of digest flow ejection out of stomach per 1 portion being above 4.5 sec, mean value of maximal digest flow rate out of stomach being above 8 cm/sec one should diagnose high intensity of the passage of portion digest flow out of stomach into duodenum.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
