SUBSTANCE: method involves determining IgA content in patient blood serum and absolute number of T-lymphocytes after surgical operation before beginning distraction process. Index value is calculated from ratio of IgA content in patient blood to the absolute T-lymphocytes number. Found index value being equal to or greater than 2.0, bone tissue regeneration disorder is predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
