FIELD: pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes use of metabolism products of bacterium Bacillus subtilis and/or Bacillus lichenformis on agar as biologically active component showing antifungal activity. Ratio of metabolism products of the two bacteria, if in use, is 1:1. Antifungal therapeutical-cosmetic nail varnish comprises water-soluble film-forming agent, in particular polyvinylacetate emulsion, and base antifungal biologically active component in the form of above-defined bacterial metabolism product on agar at specified components' ratio. As preservative possessing antifungal activity, paraform is used.
EFFECT: achieved simultaneous antifungal and antiallergenic activities.
