FIELD: clinical hematology.

SUBSTANCE: after catheterization of femoral artery under sonographic control, 1 mL of 1% serotonin adipate solution, dissolved in 200 mL physiological solution, is intraarterially introduced at introduction velocity 5 mg/h, after which follows electrophoresis with 1 mL of serotonin adipate solution, dissolved in 10 mL distilled water, on damaged foot.

EFFECT: increased treatment efficiency due to elevated pO₂ values and preservation thereof on a high level over a 6-month period.
