SUBSTANCE: method involves grouping and locating a number of packages at the first station for loading unit creation; providing the loading units with at least two loading shelves at opposite lower edges of loading unit at the second station. Number of loading shelves and shelf arrangement are based on package shape and dimensions. Loading unit creation system comprises at least two loading unit forming stations. One station has means to accumulate a number of packages and to arrange the packages for necessary loading unit creation.
EFFECT: increased simplicity and adaptability to automation and package dimensions and shapes.
