SUBSTANCE: in case of laparotomy or laparoscopy one should introduce a tubular drainage into abdominal cavity and fix it towards anterior abdominal wall. In post-surgical period on the 1st and the 7th d it is necessary to sample peritoneal exudates along tubular drainage with subsequent detecting the content of glycosaminoglycans according to a certain carbazole technique. In case of its 4-5-fold increase a patient's state should be evaluated as severe and unfavorable result of acute pancreatitis should be predicted.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
