SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, mobile phone network has a function, which interacts with platforms, processing the call, for: a) determining service and/or call processing operations, applied to call, event or session and b) determining, whether the platform is capable of performing call and/or service processing operations, required by call, event or session. Function may then by adapted for providing a platform for existing data, or for transferring call, event or session to a different platform.
