FIELD: amateur and sports fishing.

SUBSTANCE: proposed spinner has plate with holes installed for rotation, fishing line attachment unit, loop for attachment of hook, and hook. Straight-line central rod is arranged between fishing line attachment unit and hook attachment loop. Said rod carries bead with stop in fishing line attachment area and is passed through holes of plate periodically curved at least in form of one period in plane relative to central rod and is made elongated perpendicular to plane, resembling configuration of bait body. In zone of hook attachment loop plate is provided with blades bent in different sides to provide its rotation around rod under action of water oncoming flow when spinner is being trolled in depth or along water surface with provision of stable uninterrupted rotation.

EFFECT: increased catch of spinner owing to constant movement at trolling.
