SUBSTANCE: spoon-bait consists of the metal bent plate with a hook on the end. The device providing fastening of a scaffold, is executed in the form of the wire frame of a closed form with the rectilinear section which is an axis of a frame, set in holes of the plate with the P-shaped form fixed in area between the fast-head end and the centre of the bent plate across it, or it is executed in the form of the continuous plate supplied on one end with an axis which is passed through holes of the unbent P-shaped elements making with the bent plate a complete unit.

EFFECT: catching productivity of predatory fish due to approach of a bait play to natural moving of a small alive fish in water is provided.
