SUBSTANCE: casing is made in the form of single or multiple- layer hose, whose one end is closed by flat transverse stitch and edge is prepared for sealing process. Hose is made from polymeric or textile material, cellulose, or fiber-reinforced cellulose.
EFFECT: improved quality of casing by providing reduction or even elimination of fat release from casing contents.
